            We are a people organization committed to a culture of excellence in public service. We make a task of educating the Filipino child our singular mission, believing that the most important resources of our country is its people.

            We enable the Filipino child to discover his full potential in a child-centered and value driven teaching-learning environment. Thereby, he will create his own destiny in a global community, where he enjoys learning, he is free to choose and free to be different, to participate in decision making, shaping his life in the future. And eventually prepare the child to become a responsible citizen of our country and be proud to be a Filipino.
